KV failures count fail-open events where a KV operation threw and a guard ran degraded. IP blocks count probe-tripwire cool-downs (50+ flagged scans per IP in 10 minutes).

Why this page exists. Our guards are fail-open by design: if the KV store goes down, scans keep working but abuse protection silently weakens. That is the worst kind of failure — invisible. This page makes it visible. If we're ever degraded, you'll see it here before we tell you anywhere else.
